March 8, 2022 – The global workforce now comprises men and women almost equally, but discrimination against women remains. This is truly a disappointment. My hope for all women is that we never stop showing what we are capable of. We can also be good mothers and inculcate this attitude in our children. Let us teach and show them that we are all equal. Women do not ask to be superior to men, we just want to be treated equally and that is enough.
