Spire Research and Consulting makes its presence felt in Vietnam with a new office in Ho Chi Minh city

Spire Research and Consulting has appointed Do Thi Kim Linh as a Country Manager to head up its newly established full-service office in Ho Chi Minh City, so as to meet the needs of leading organizations for strategic and holistic research in Vietnam.

“Vietnam is Asia’s fastest growing major economy after China and India and foreign investment is pouring in. It is expected to attract USD 35 million worth of foreign direct investment (FDI) by the end of 2008, making it the sixth largest FDI recipient in the world. Most of Spire’s clients are aggressively pursuing market growth initiatives in Vietnam and seeking partners to provide research and consulting support. In addition to our recent Malaysian and Beijing office openings, Spire’s presence in Vietnam will strengthen our ability to deliver regional research and consulting solutions,” said Leon Perera, Spire’s Group Managing Director.

Do Thi Kim Linh’s career background is in business development, having graduated from Hanoi Economics University and Solvay School of Business, University of Liberty, Brussels. She is well-versed in holistic research and consulting technique, having successfully managed projects spanning industries, such as oil and gas, food and beverage, industrial engineering, finance and construction.
