A familiar face at past GATES Summits, Japnit will share findings on how technology will enable the “new normal” in Southeast Asian (SEA) countries. He will also talk about the challenges of access, continuity and scale of digital operations amidst these new and unfamiliar trading conditions.

Ingrid will be making her debut at this Summit, where she will be moderating a Focus Group Panel Discussion on the implications of post-Covid consumer trends.
