Spire Chief Operating Officer, Japnit Singh, spoke at a seminar hosted by @ThinkUSADairy last week entitled, Exploring U.S. Dairy Protein Nutrition and Innovation Advantages Throughout Life’s Journey.

Japnit was a featured speaker at this seminar attended by over 100 diverse stakeholders in the food and nutrition sector including the sector’s regional key opinion leaders, health professionals such as dietitians and nutritionists, academia as well as key R&D and technical personnel from food and beverage manufacturers and foodservice.

He shared key findings from the extensive research Spire had conducted on behalf of U.S. Dairy Export Council among consumers in Southeast Asia. Touching on primary concerns at the forefront of consumers’ minds are cost, health, and product choices. He explained how Southeast Asian consumers are balancing health-conscious food choices with value and taste in a post COVID-19 era that is coupled with inflation.
