“Re-energizing B2B Growth Through Excellent Enterprise Customer Experience (ECX) in 2023” is an internal event by the largest mobile network operator in Indonesia, held on Nov 3 and 4, 2022. Spire’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) Jeffrey Bahar, Senior Manager, and Senior Consultants were invited to the event to share updates on the Business-to-Business (B2B) market movement and outlook.

The Indonesian economy is projected to continue to grow positively (5.0%) in 2023 despite experiencing a slowdown in growth due to the domino effect of the global macro economy.  Spire COO Jeffrey explained that the global macro economy is supported by the industrial sector, the energy and mining sector, transportation, and the agricultural sector. He also shared that some of the focus of the Ministry’s spending in 2023 includes the Development of National Sciences, Election Preparation, Completion of Priority Infrastructure, Procurement of Defence Equipment.

Spire Senior Consultants, Rizki Rizano Bunai and Dicky Kurnia Darmawan, discussed projects and cases that have the potential to generate and accelerate B2B revenue through digitalisation in 2023. These include private network (Open RAN), SD WAN, CPaaS, Cloud SaaS, Cloud BPO, IoT Fleet Management, Smart City, and Smart Village. Bunai and Dicky also highlighted several competitor success stories of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, challenges and opportunities.

Spire Senior Manager, Albertus Edy Rianto, concluded Spire’s presentation by making recommendations towards accelerating business in 2023. These include giving consultative services, building strong ecosystem and industrial-based capabilities, collaborating with government entities, profiling the customer, and coworking with top line principal.
