USD8.2 billion and counting: Value of Chinese counterfeits in Europe

According to the latest UN Data, USD8.2 billion worth of counterfeit products are “exported” from China annually, and the trend continues to increase. The products were shipped to Europe from every direction along with a few major land routes through the Middle East and Asia.

They also risk losing consumers’ confidence, as counterfeit products break down easily and may cast a bad image on the products from the genuine company.”
