- Work with Spire’s teams in Vietnam and across the region, to manage projects and gather data from primary sources
- Design project methodologies in terms of respondent quotas and survey tools
- Brief and manage fieldwork with other full time and part time fieldworkers for key projects, including managing data completeness and accuracy
- Conduct data analysis and derive insights to address client’s requirements and report writing

The full-time Senior Research Analyst/Market Research Manager will:
- Support Spire’s Market Environment Research and Consulting projects for various country offices in areas such as data collection (primary/ secondary) and representation (charts, tables etc.) as per established guidelines
- Coordinate with Analysts/ Consultants across Spire for delivery of fast turnaround secondary research and data analysis
- Guiding the research executives working on a project to understand exactly what is required of them and training them if necessary
- Creation of Questionnaires, Drafting proposals, expertise in Concept test, Brand Tracks
- Overall management of the research team and suppliers
- Budget control
- Experience with quantitative survey research (questionnaire development, programming, fielding, data analysis, and data reporting). Experience with survey platforms a plus (Decipher, Q, Qualtrics, etc.)
- Experience with data software/analysis tools a plus (SPSS, Wincross, Stata, Sawtooth, Power BI etc.)
- Knowledge of how to run and interpret data tabulations
- Knowledge of setting up and managing survey panels/client databases
- The ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work effectively
- Manage communication with Spire’s country offices and local associates
- Brief and manage fieldwork teams for data collection and consistency, timely fieldwork implementation and completion

This is a Group role, based in Spire’s office in India.
- Assist in the creation of all marketing and communications activities
- Assist with fulfilment of marketing promotions and execution of marketing events
- Writing and editing support for internal and outbound communication, digital and social campaigns
- Assist with the implementation of CSR programmes when required
- Support digital efforts in marketing campaigns, social media, website maintenance and management

What we require:
