Spire Consultant, Albertus Edy, recently revealed information on Indonesia’s business process outsourcing market and trends at a townhall meeting.

An internal event organised by one of the largest tech group of companies in Indonesia, the townhall meeting looked at the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. Spire participated at the event, named “Finish Strong Start Stronger”, and provided insights on BPO trends, upcoming product development and strategies.

Edy shared that the call centre hotspots are in Jabodetabek, Central Jakarta, and DI Yogyakarta, where there are huge supply of newly graduated talents. He said that it is important to collaborate with educational institutes to hire the right talents. Edy also stressed the need to adapt to new business styles and behaviour especially when developing products into applicable services.
