Frances Hamdani has over 25 years of combined experience in qualitative and quantitative consumer research agencies, and a 5-year experience as a Senior Planner in the advertising industry.
She has wide experience across different sectors such as banking & financials, FMCG, telecommunications, cigarette, transportation, automotive and health. Frances has worked closely with clients and assists them with insightful findings and proficient analysis, and has helped them to get thorough understanding about the brand’s challenges and opportunities.
Frances began her career as a quantitative researcher at Nielsen Indonesia, then pursued her career in multinational research agencies, namely Synovate, Acorn, Deka and Ipsos. She has also ventured another role as a senior planner and strategy at Havas Indonesia, a multinational advertising agency. Her latter role as a senior planner has helped the agency win prestigious clients, such as Garuda Indonesia, BRI, Indofood, XL Axiata to name some of them.
Being a Senior Planner and Strategist has given her extended knowledge and skills to optimize research findings as a base for grounded branding and communication strategies.
Frances advises Spire on consumer qualitative studies, which requires her expertise in client servicing, moderating and analyzing.
Frances holds a master’s degree in business from St. Louis University, Missouri, USA
She has also earned a recognition as one of Indonesia’s Accredited Moderator by Unilever.
