Khalzuri Yazid, Malaysia
Profile:
Khalzuri advises Spire on regional projects in the agri-food
and chemicals sectors, where he has over 15 years of experience.
On top of his industry background, Khalzuri has a long track
record in research and consulting, having previously worked
as an independent consultant, a project consultant to various
research agencies as well as a Director in the Spire Research
and Consulting group.
Experience:
Khalzuri began his career with a French multinational company
involved in the agribusiness industry. He later joined the British
company ICI Agrichemical, initially in sales, before earning
promotion to Product Manager.
He progressed to a marketing role, assuming the position of Marketing
Manager with the British multinational Courtaulds, an industrial
coatings supplier.
He eventually established himself as a Consultant undertaking
projects and providing advice to clients across a range of industries,
both as an independent and in affiliation with various agencies.
In tandem with his work as an Advisor to Spire, Khalzuri is currently
pursuing various business interests.
Qualifications:
Khalzuri graduated with Honours
from the University of Malaysia with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry.
He later completed
an MBA at the South-Eastern University in Washington , DC.
He is currently based in Malaysia.
