Profile:
Gary Wong is the founder and director of G&S Entertainment
Agency, a Hong Kong-based service provider to the marketing and
public relations industry, offering video production, artwork
design, web-design, creative consultancy, event management, press
conferences, and seminar and production services.
Gary has been responsible for projects such as the Microsoft
CIO Retreat 2000, the Microsoft Asia Region HQ meeting, event
artwork design for Hong Kong institute of Engineers, and Performance
arrangement for BAAN on IBM Press Conferences.
Experience:
Prior to founding G&S, Gary held senior positions in the
entertainment and public relations industry, including Production
Manager at Walt Disney Studios - Asia Region, Producer at Star
Television, Controller of PR and promotions at Asia Television
Limited, and Manager of the Entertainment Section of the Chinese
Television Network.
Gary advises Spire on projects which require his expertise in
the graphic design, PR and entertainment industries. He acted
as an expert advisor to Spire’s project team for the Computer
Associates Expo 2002 in Hong Kong.
Throughout his career, Gary has won numerous creative awards,
including the Gold Medal at the International Film and TV Festival,
the Kam Fan Award from the Association of Accredited Advertising
Agencies in Hong Kong, a finalist in the Hollywood Broadcast
Association - Best Commercial (Humorous), the Gold Medal at the
Singapore Promax Awards, and the Gold Medal at the Taiwan TC
awards.
